Classes for Ages 13-18
Ballet III & Pointe
For students who are 10 and older and/or by teacher approval. This class meets twice a week. Students not yet on pointe will do class in ballet shoes - pointe is not a requirement. Two pairs of tights are included in the cost of this class. One pair will be given at the beginning of the fall semester, and the second pair will be given with the costume for the spring performance. Taught by Jennifer Austin.

Beginning Teen Ballet
Ballet is the foundation of other styles of dance. This is a class for teens who are interested in the discipline of ballet to grow their dance skills. No performance! Taught by Norah Roberts.

Advanced Modern

This is a classic technical class for students ages 14-18 who are currently enrolled in Ballet IV. Teacher has final say on placement. Taught by Jennifer Austin.
Contemporary
MONDAYS 5:30-6:15; Ages 14-18

This expressive style blends elements of ballet, modern, and jazz to create movement that is both technical and emotional. Dancers will explore floor work, improvisation, musicality, and storytelling through choreography, learning how to connect movement with emotion. Contemporary encourages creativity, self-expression, and artistry while building strength, flexibility, and fluidity. Perfect for dancers who want to grow both technically and artistically.
Must be currently enrolled in Ballet IV. Taught by Hannah Mikulecky.
Teen Tap
For students who are at least 13 years old with 2 years of tap. **Teacher may approve students with less tap experience. Placement Required. Teen Tap students must have "Jazz Tap Shoes." Taught by Misti Roberts.

This fast-paced class is designed for experienced tap dancers ready to refine their technique and expand their artistry. Dancers will focus on complex rhythms, improvisation, and advanced choreography while building speed, clarity, and musical precision. Emphasis is placed on performance quality, versatility in tap styles, and developing each dancer’s unique voice through rhythm and movement. This class is perfect for students seeking a challenging, high-energy environment that pushes their tap skills to the next level.
BEGINNING THEATRE JAZZ FOR “NON-DANCERS”
This homeschool class is for students new to theatre dance. This is a non-performance class focused on technique basics. Taught by Lauren Kolmetz.

This is a non-technical ballet/contemporary/jazz class for both dancers and non-dancers. This is a non-performance class. Taught by Norah Jones.

Acting IV

This class is for students age 13+ who would like to challenge themselves in acting. Must have two years of acting experience/classes. Taught by AJ Powliatis.
Student Directing
THURSDAY 7:00-7:45

Students 13+ may take on the directors role or may join this class to be part of other students’ projects. Taught by AJ Powliatis.
MS/HS Choir
Ages 13-18; TUESDAY 4:00-5:00 PM
$40 PER MONTH
Our teen choir offers singers the opportunity to grow their vocal skills while experiencing the joy of making music together. Students will learn proper vocal technique, sight-reading, harmony, and musical expression across a variety of styles, from classical to contemporary. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, performance skills, and building confidence as both individual singers and as an ensemble. No prior choir experience is required—just a love of singing and a willingness to learn! Taught by Regina Smith.
