Musical Theatre Explorers

Thursday 3:30-4:00; age 5-8

$35/month

This class will cover musical theatre basics and play theatre games, perform class skits, learn basic theatre dance skills, and songs. Parent watch day performance at the end of November. NO READING SKILLS REQUIRED. Taught by Faith Wirrick & Frankie Durham.

DRESS CODE- all black please… black shorts or leggings, black shirt or leotard. Tennis Shoes.

Pre-Ballet

Monday OR Thursday

MONDAY Class 4:00-4:30 (followed by tap I for students age 5 or older)

For students who are 3 years old by August 15. This class focuses ballet basics with creative movement, teamwork, following directions, body awareness, and coordination. . Must be potty-trained. Taught by Misti Roberts.

DRESS CODE- pink or black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.

BALLET I

MONDAY 5:45-6:30

$45 PER MONTH…INCLUDES BOTH SHOW COSTUMES

For students approximately 6-9 years old. Basics of ballet, preparing students for Ballet II! Taught by Misti Roberts.

DRESS CODE- pink or black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.

TAP I

For students approximately 5-9 years old. Beginning tap skills with an emphasis on rhythm, technique, teamwork, and body awareness. Taught by Misti Roberts.

MONDAY 4:30-5:00

$40 PER MONTH; INCLUDES SHOW COSTUME

DRESS CODE- black leotard or black tshirt, blacl leggings or shorts or pink tights, black tap shoes (jazz shoe style tap shoes).

ELEMENTARY THEATRE DANCE

Age 8-13

Thursday 6:15-7:00; $45 per month includes costumes

Learn multiple styles of theatre dance/theatre jazz using music from musicals new and old.

DRESS CODE- all black please… black shorts or leggings, black shirt or leotard. Tennis Shoes OR JAZZ SHOES.

HIPHOP 4 LITTLES

Age 5-8; $35 per month

Monday 3:30-4:00

Basics of hip hop focusing on body control, developing dancing techniques, and fostering a strong sense of rhythm. Taught by Faith Wirrick and Frankie Durham.

ELEMENTARY HIP-HOP

Age 8-12; $45 per month

Worship Dance

MONDAY 7:45-8:30; age 9-18 FREE

This is a non-technical ballet/contemporary/jazz class for both dancers and non-dancers. This is a non-performance class. Taught by Norah Jones.

This class is and has always been a free class for those who may not have the opportunity to take other classes. This class is open to any and all INV students.
